If you are not happy with you item/s we will refund or exchange any item in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to you via the original method of payment.
Please also note that items must be returned ‘as new’ i.e. unworn and with all of the labels and tickets intact. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed, and/or tags removed.
We advise that you send your item back via a signed service for which you are responsible for the cost. If you choose not to send via a signed for tracked service we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.
If you have received a faulty item please get in touch within 14 days of receipt. We will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Items bought online can be returned to our store for a refund with proof of purchase but it will be refunded via the same way as payment**. Please allow up to 3 days for a refund to show back in your account.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
**Due to COVID-19 restrictions on business we can't currently offer in-store returns for refunds but once reopen this will be available.
